In 2 years with SharkNinja as the sole UX Researcher, I’ve implemented new App Testing procedures and tools, co-led selecting a new design partner, and significantly helped increase both visibility and performance of the SharkClean robot app (Increased iOS Star Rating from 4.3 to 4.8!)
Before SharkNinja, I studied at General Assembly NYC, hoping to dive right into the ever-growing UX industry. Upon my program completion, I was hired on staff to help teach/present/mentor the curriculum for incoming students; Mentoring and managing are key drivers in my career progression since a company’s success is only as good as the teams’ successes.
With my current experience and future aspirations, I’m striving for continued improvement in accessibility, inclusivity, and diversity best practices as the most impactful products are those available to ALL people.
A colleague also once described me as "Someone who can effortlessly switch between communication styles", and I took that to heart.
